Playgroup Programme (18 months to 3 years)

Preschool Programme (3 to 4 years)

Stanley Starfish™ – Social and Emotional Values Learning. This signature programme is thoughtfully designed to help children learn core values and develop social-emotional skills through purposeful teaching and everyday experiences. Star Learners offers quality preschool education at affordable fees—from $650 for Singaporeans and $1100 for foreigners, depending on the centre’s location and programmes. As a Partner Operator (POP) preschool appointed by ECDA, its fees are capped to stay affordable. Subsidies are available for working and non-working mothers, with additional support for lower-income families.
