Using barbells and weights, BODYPUMP™ is an awesome resistance training workout that improves strength whilst toning and shaping your muscles. The workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. |

Each bike has a data monitoring system so riders can track performance data including power, heart rate, distance, calories, speed, and time. 24 September, Sunday, 12pm to 4pm – PURE Yoga Asia Square Tower
12pm to 1pm | Designed to open up areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living, this specialised class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience looking for new ways to expand their practice. |
1.15pm to 2.15pm | Sound Bath Therapy This Healing practice offers an immersion of universal sounds and vibrations to nourish and restore the body. Students will experience deeply relaxing and meditative practices designed to promote better sleep, cleanse negative energy and improve the immune system. This class is suitable for anyone looking to destress and relax. |
