Take part in the #GIVEASONESG AND #UNITEASONESG Campaign from May to 23 August
The #GiveAsOneSG and #UNITEASONESG Campaigns aim to promote volunteerism amongst Singaporeans and encourage us to engage in collective action in celebrating NDP 2023. Through the SG Cares app, you can sign up for volunteering activities such as befriending the elderly, participating in activities with children and youth beneficiaries, and delivering food packages to people in need. You can also help those in need by donating blood to Singapore Red Cross. Take part in these meaningful activities with your kids to foster their love for the nation. Join Gardens by the Bay and Mediacorp National Day Concert 2023 on 5th August
What about celebrating our Singaporean-ness at the Gardens by the Bay and Mediacorp National Day Concert 2023 with home-grown stars? The concert features exhilarating performances, fun-filled carnival activities as well as a vibrant display of fireworks to illuminate the night sky of The Meadow. Admission is Free. Read more here.
Join GetActive! SG Heartland Festivals on 5 and 6 August
Get ready for endless fun at the GetActive! Singapore Heartland Festivals which will be organized at five heartland locations across Singapore as follows:

On National Day, 9th August 2023
Watch National Day Parade live on TV or YouTube with your families
The National Day Parade is the highlight of Singapore’s National Day celebrations. If you don’t manage to get a ticket to attend NDP this year, you can still watch the show from the comfort of your home on TV and YouTube at 5.55pm. With the title of “Building Our Shared Future As One”, this year’s NDP Show comprises four live acts featuring 43 artistes and 2,400 performers, interwoven with three short films. Also, the highly anticipated performance such as the State Flag Flypast, Presidential Gun Salute, Enhanced Aerial Display and the Total Defence Parade.
Catch the fireworks display at sports centres
Love to catch a captivating firework on this special day? Concurrent with the fireworks medley at the Padang, fireworks will be set off at the same time at the five heartland sites which include ActiveSG Bedok Sports Centre, ActiveSG Jurong West Sports Centre, ActiveSG Toa Payoh Sports Centre, ActiveSG Woodlands Sports Centre and Our Tampines Hub on a first-come, first-served basis.
