Explore the Science of Emotions with CATalysts, a Promenade Theatre Performance

CATalysts at KidsSTOP

Jointly organised by KidsSTOP and Singapore Repertory Theatre, Catalysts is an interactive promenade theatre performance that highlights the importance of emotional well-being to children. Ideal for children aged 4 to 8 and the accompanying adults, CATalysts is a first -of -its- kind STEAM based theatre performance. The children can put on a pair of headsets and travel with the actors from scene to scene – hopping on a rocket, train or even dinosaurs on a rescue mission to save Madame Curie from the grouchy Dr FeelBad!

The children experience emotions that the actors are portraying in the drama- fear, sadness, joy and anger through the play. After the show, kids also have the opportunity to try out a science experiment at the Splashes of Emotions workshop, where they learn how liquids of various colors can be associated to different emotions.

The performance is ongoing at the KidsSTOP at 21 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609433, till the 10th of October at various timings. Tickets are priced at $25/pax, 10% discount for family of 4. Find out more here
