Include lots of fruits and vegetables in their diet and try to avoid spicy and oily food.

  • Vitamin E Oil

Take some vitamin E oil and apply it directly on the rashes. Vitamin E oil is very helpful in removing the scars as well as preventing the itching.

  • Green Peas

Applying water that green peas have been boiled in can really help to provide relief from chickenpox
Green peas are also very effective in treating chickenpox. Just boil some green peas in water. Strain the water, let it cool slightly and apply the warm water directly to the affected area. It will provide relief from the itching and irritation.
