Spectacular Underwater Dragon Dance and Majestic Dragon Trail Happening At Resorts World Sentosa This Lunar New Year.

Welcome the New Year with the Resorts World Sentosa as they bring you through a magical Lunar New Year.

From 9th to 28th February – Gong SEA Fa Cai
Be mesmerized by the S.E.A Aquarium as they bring you a spectacular Underwater Dragon Dance with the Goddess of the Sea, the other highlights include the ‘Trail of Fortune’ where you can learn about the popular Lunar New Year traditions and beliefs. Guests can also read up on the 12 zodiac animal signs accompanied by their symbolic attributes, discover the marine version of their zodiac friend and learn a fun fact about them. ‘Shark Exhibition in Partnership with James Cook University’ where guests can get an up-close look at the biology of a shark, its
anatomy, discover the various fascinating species as well as the conservation efforts to protect these marine animals.
As part of the Lunar New Year festivities, kids can look forward to meeting the aquarium’s adorable mascots – Mai the manta ray and Sam the hammerhead shark – all decked out in Chinese-inspired garb. Singapore residents enjoy discounts on admission at S$34 for an adult one-day ticket (U.P. S$39), and S$22 for a child/senior citizen ticket (U.P. S$29).

Experience a line up of song and dance by The Rockafellas and Mel’s Dim Sum Dinettes as they bring to life the hits of the 50’s and 60’s, rounding off with popular Lunar New Year tunes, in their gorgeous cheongsam. Click on the video to listen to their beautiful vocals.

Follow on we have the Majestic Dragon Trail, one of the most spectacular and amazing performance we have ever seen. Be dazzled by the auspicious dragon dance, along with some of your favourite characters from Shrek, Minions, Sesame Street and more all decked in lunar new year attire as they put on a stunning performance in a 20-minute festive trail around Universal Studios Singapore.

Universal Studios Singapore’s Lunar New Year celebration is included with paid park admission.
